Hambali Othman holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and brings over a decade of experience in managing various government projects. At Cubixi, he specializes in project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement—consistently ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and is a certified Radiation Protection Officer, accredited by the Atomic Energy Licensing Board, a qualification earned during his tenure in the X-ray machine industry.
He began his project management career as a Project Team Lead, where he played a key role in a mega project for the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, working closely with stakeholders nationwide. Since then, he has managed various government IT initiatives, demonstrating his capability in driving successful outcomes. Hambali is committed to delivering impactful, value-driven projects that meet strategic objectives and client expectations.
Azrul holds a degree in Computer Science from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. Throughout his academic career, he actively participated in extracurricular activities, holding presidential positions in the Game Development Club and Radio Club. His passion for game development led him to join two Game Jams, where he successfully created two separate games. As part of his Final Year Project, Azrul developed a Music Recommender System, showcasing his ability to apply complex algorithms and data analysis in practical applications. Cubixi has been grooming Azrul since his academic days, providing him with real-world experience during the development and implementation of MyRELA 2.0 in 2022.
In his professional career, Azrul has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing and maintaining critical applications. He has maintained APIX, an application managed by the Malaysia Department of Insolvency for tracking and keeping bankrupt parties database. Later, he was called to gain further experience in a mobile app development project for a smart city, reflecting his versatility and capability to work on diverse and impactful projects. His dedication to advancing technology and improving user experiences makes him a valuable asset in any development team.
Farid is a seasoned full-stack software developer with extensive experience since 2014. He holds a Diploma in Programming from Politeknik Seberang Perai and has a passion for software development and technology, underpinned by an analytical mind. As a programming enthusiast, he has been producing various applications since 2014, including Asset Management Systems, the Award Convocation System, Visa Luar Negara, eVisa, and many more. Prior to joining Cubixi, he worked with several companies including RedTone, Kanntronics, and Ultra Kirana, before being offered to join Cubixi, starting another journey in the software development world.
One of the distinct highlights of Farid's career is developing a Tactical Robotic System (Simurosot), which requires high logical thinking to handle opponent moves. He achieved notable success by becoming the Robotic Champion of Simurosot Middle League at Robot Soccer PSP Ultra in 2014. Additionally, Farid is a professional gamer who plays games to develop his critical thinking, impulse control, and skills. His comprehensive background and dedication to enhancing software experiences make him a valuable asset to any development team.
Saifuddin, also known as "Epul," is a versatile software developer with over 12 years of experience in web and mobile application development. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Information Systems Engineering from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. Throughout his career, Saifuddin has demonstrated exceptional skills by publishing a series of apps on Google Playstore, each achieving an average rating of 4.0. He began his professional journey with Theta Edge, contributing to the e-Tanah Development for the Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment (NRE), and later developed applications for Lembaga Tabung Haji. Prior to joining Cubixi, he spearheaded the development of an Android app for Ultra Kirana (UKSB), when native mobile development was still popular.
In 2019, Saifuddin became one of the pioneers in Cubixi. His expertise has been instrumental in equipping Cubixi with the necessary skillsets to advance its commercial software offerings. Now, he is a full-stack programmer and team lead, possessing knowledge in hybrid mobile development as well as web application development, particularly using Spring or Laravel frameworks. Known by his colleagues as "Epul," Saifuddin's extensive experience, combined with his commitment to quality and innovation, makes him a valuable asset to any development team. His ability to deliver high-performing applications consistently underscores his proficiency and dedication to the field of software development.
Farah 'Aliya is a high-achieving Business Analyst with a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science (Soft Computing) from MARA University of Technology, consistently ranking at the top of her class. She previously contributed to the development of an asset management system, gaining hands-on exposure to business operations and digital integration.

Fariz graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic). He possesses professional certificates in Delphi Programming, is a Certified Unicenter Administrator, and has Project Management Skills acquired in 2001. Fariz's career includes significant experience with MIMOS, Celcom, and HeiTech Padu. He then ventured into business, serving a wide range of clients such as FRIM, MREPC, Airod, Ingress, Malakoff, Tanjung Bin Power Plant, the Malacca State Government, and JomParkir. Additionally, he has contributed to many ICT Strategic Planning projects for organizations like MARDI, Jabatan Peguam Negara, SPR, MITI, the Ministry of Tourism, and the National Library.
Fariz's expertise spans several critical areas in IT. He is proficient in Data Center Management, utilizing tools such as CA Unicenter, Solarwinds, and APC. His server hardware and networking skills include experience with CISCO, Juniper, FS, Dell, HP, and IBM. In the realm of security, Fariz is knowledgeable in using Acunetix, Nessus, Cisco Security, Sophos Security, and Sonicwall Security. He is adept at server operation across various platforms, including Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, VMWare, and Microsoft Virtualization. Furthermore, his data management capabilities are supported by his proficiency with CA Arcserve, Falsconstor, and Veeam. His strong problem-solving skills, competencies, and experience make him reliable as a System Engineer for all of Cubixi's software deployments. Fariz's comprehensive skill set and extensive experience make him a valuable asset in any IT environment.
Amin is a dedicated software developer with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara, graduated in 2020. His career has been marked by meaningful contributions to various government key systems, demonstrating his growing expertise in the IT field. Amin has played a key role in developing the Mobile App for Cubixi, ODELA, and MyRELA, showcasing his ability to deliver reliable software solutions across different platforms.
Since 2021, Amin has completed SPaKat, a Fleet Management & Maintenance System for JKR, and also contributed to the Convicts Information System for PDRM with his previous company. Amin is always eager to take on more challenging projects. His aptitude for knowledge and software skills drives him to tackle mobile app development tasks as he continually seeks to build more complex systems and grow his expertise in the field.
Puteri is a highly accomplished individual with a Degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), graduating with First Class Honours. Her technical expertise is demonstrated through her development of mobile applications, such as an online food ordering system and POS for a cafe at UMT, as part of her final year project. During her internship, she contributed to the revamp of a domain name management system and maintained its legacy system. Currently, Puteri is involved in developing an employee self-service system, a human resource management system, and an application aimed at transforming a city into a smart city.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Puteri has shown remarkable dedication to extracurricular activities, particularly in debate and Taekwondo. She represented her university in debate for three years, earning nominations as Best Debater in five preliminary rounds, and held presidential positions in both the UMT Debate Club and the COMTECH Club. Alongside her debate accomplishments, Puteri has been active in Taekwondo for nine years, currently serving as an assistant coach and scheduled for her black belt 1st Dan grading. These experiences highlight her strong leadership skills, dedication, and ability to excel in diverse fields.
Lizawati, known as Liza, holds a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology and a Malaysia Skill Diploma (DKM 4). She began her career in the IT industry with Imatera Digital, serving as an Administrative Executive in 2006, later joining Fiscal Digest in 2012. Despite starting in an administrative role, her background in computer science enabled her to quickly adapt to the operations of an IT company, particularly in administration and tender management.
She joined Cubixi in 2024, bringing with her experience in managing IT sales and operations. Liza's diverse experience and resourcefulness make her a valuable asset in effectively handling the nitty gritty of IT project management and operations. Her calm, attentive to details, and poised character make her well-suited for administration roles, especially when it comes to proposal submission. Additionally, her friendliness puts clients and staff at ease.
